d.i.a Photo Spam..Get some DIY Inspo!

If there's one brand I can think of that isn't afraid to take risks, it's d.i.a. This gyaru brand really has established its own style, yet it doesn't always stick to it. A ton of things are over the top and cheap looking but this isn't anything new to the gal world. The best thing about d.i.a is even if you hate the majority of things you see there something for everyone. Chances are, that one thing you do end up liking you will fall in LOVE with. No one should have to do one style.


Since d.i.a doesn't have a webstore it's hard to buy online or find pictures sometimes. I decided to post some photos of the actual clothing I've found. It's good for d.i.y inspiration!!

LA Trip

Wow! My first trip to LA was crazy! I didnt get to see much though.

I did however go to the sm town concert. They should be releasing a song I wrote with them soon. Im so excited! Ill be a published songwriter!

The concert was great. It was a little repetitve though. Four hours of just singing and dancing. Theh needed some effects! Amber from fx really stood out to me. She has a ton of personality and after seeing her talk im a fan. Boa rocked but she seemed pretty pissed off aha.

I love being able to see asian artists live. It makes the world feel more connected.

I also went to the tokyo style event. It was intresting. The club was an old theater.  Chenlle was a great performer! The most interesting thing was seeing gyaru o/ host guys. Didnt think LAwould have any!

I went to purikura with michi and june right before i left. Ill do another post about that when one of us can scan them.
I also got crazy nails done at ES Style! Its the only one outside of Japan. I also ran into a My Little Pony art exhibit and had to take photos! Most of them were for sale for about $2000.00 USD.

The travel to chicago

This is what I blog about when I can't use data on my phone and feel lonely on a bus with nothing to do.. Don't judge me!


I'm writing my adventure of this 14 hour bus ride.
So far ive met this super cool amazing girl from montreal. Shes 17, all alone and going to kentucky for a soccer scouting match. Shes super pro and all alone. I hope she does well this weekend! She has such a cute french accent!
Why do greyhounds on short trips have 1 dollar fare options, wifi, outlets and leg room and my 14 hour bus ride has none of this? Kill me now.
Me and my new soccer star friend are laughing at the guy beside us snoring. This is going to be a long night.
2:06 am some idiot is playing dubstep. Or maybe happy hardcore. Nope.. Bollywood happy hardcore with dubstep breakdowns. How do i instigate a mutiny.
6:09 am boarder control guy was terrifying. Made me show him multiple ids and my fb conversations with amanda. WTF
6:15 now friends with a guy on the hus going to acen!
7:00 am got to detroit michigan. Me and my amazing soccer friend went on a trip to burger king for food. Oh sweet jesus. Why are people so terrifying here! Detroit is sooo super ghetto! So far only one car hasnt slowed down and honked at us. As if i hadnt seen enough stero types today, people are blasting eminem.
7:45 i miss my new friend mary so much. Im worried ill never see her again! Sbe has four more hours at the terminal. Atleast i have my new convention. Even the girl doing a weave pat infront of me cant cheer me up

On my way to chicago for acen!

I cant beleive this is happening. Im sitting on a bus for the next 14 hours on my way to chicago. For the first time in my life im actually adventuring. Im way too much of a good girl.

So heres the story. When i was 10 i met four amazing people online. They were sami,liz,amanda and eclipse. We all basically knew each other because we were all super young and into cosplay. It wasnt very common back then. We all lived in different places. After countless nights of amazing group msn chats, we couldnt wait to meet each other. We planned on living in a house together one day and going crazy. You get the idea.

Eventually liz started traveling and met sami and amanda. Then i met liz. Then amanda met sami. As we got older we grew apart. We had less time to be online and more real life problems. It was hard but i never stopped thinking or caring about them. Truth is they are still like a internet family to me. I think it was amazing to have had the connection we had. After a paticularlly bad month i decided the week before i would hop on a bus and go to acen the convention sami and amanda had been going to for years. I honestly dont think i thoght i would go but im typing this while on a bus! This is totally not what i had pictured but i had to make this happen. Lifes too short not to go on adventures. I cant wait to see what happens and make crazy memories! I just hope i get some fking sleep this week!

Fact. This blog started as a group effort between me and sami. She wasnt online much so i turned it into a way to bitch about my broken 14 year old heart. Hope you enjoyed your history lesson.

High Fashion Fitness. Because You Should Look Like A Superhero When Working Out

Workout wear just seems to be getting better and better.
The fashion world has defiantly shifted towards it in the last few years.
Thank god! I remember trying to find a pair of decent shorts two years ago was a nightmare. I looked everywhere and finally caved and cut up a pair of pants from pink to wear for cheerleading. Thankfully those days seem to be over.

There is just too many choices lately! It's a great thing!
Brands are becoming increasingly risque too which is great. Looking like I'm from a video game is just necessary for me to workout.

Here are the things I desperately want to pretend I'm working out in. Or you know, go grocery shopping looking cool. I like to legitimize purchases by saying I'm going to wear them to dance. Also, sports bras are just so much easier to wear!

Karma is the latest fashion active wear line and I'm sure they are going to do amazing. Canada is THE place for fashion forward active wear lines. I love it! Karma has taken over The Shoe Room at the National Ballet and is also sold at Sporting Life. The fabrics are super soft and high quality. It was so difficult not to buy anything from them!

The Dorthy Tights are super unique and the Elanor sweater looks super cool and comfy!
