Outfits. Summer Misses and idk.
Posted on 15:55 by Unknown
I miss summer, I miss my crazy theme looks. I miss having the time to actually think about what I wear or how I do my hair. I do however, not miss my arm. It still is not working and I don't seem to have a doctor that can help me fix it. Its hard because I was so so so so close to a handspring. Oh and I hate how sick I always feel in the winter too. But seriously, this elbow thing is just not fair.
I miss throwing outfits like this on whenever I felt like. Because you can get away with anything in the summer. I also miss underage kpop clubbing. Yeah, I only went once but STILL aha. I'm honestly dreading turning 19. How boring would not sneaking into a club be? I've only used my fake id once though.
I love when neko stands on tables and eats my plushies. Moogle FTW.
Everyone loved this goofy bunny hat on me. Kinda wish I bought it tbh.
I LOVE faux fur with casual outfits. I love it. It makes me look just ridicules and glamorous enough for me to feel like myself.

Cheer and Dance Life!

Seriously, I HATE BEING SO BUSY!
With the two minuets I have before I'm due at a lunch date, here is an update on the cheer world of miss Keely.
Im on two cheer teams this year, open and senior. Open is aged 18+. Oddly enough the season for open is from September to the end of November. Superrr short. Part of the reason is because a lot of the better athletes get super busy training for worlds. Sadly not all of us are that good aha. Here's a picture of me with my best friends who came to support me through this dramatic competition. My mom came too for a bit and honestly she was SOO funny.
Highlights of my mom include feeling my chest up telling me it looked super stuffed. That and a million other things including boy dramazz.
Heres me and my friendzzz
and heres my momma and the back of the uniform for open. The wolfs cool.
I also went on a fun trip to Ohio. Highlights include girls on my team putting pickles on the window at burger king then getting chased to the mcdonalds my team was at and the manager yelling at the coaches aha.
10 hour bus rides. Ahhh.
And here is one of the cutest cheer photos ever! This is us visualizing doing a perfect routine before we compete.
So, with all this cheer I still felt pretty blah. Thankfully, I decided to join dance as its sooo much more rewarding. I love it. So much. Now that I'm back into dance, I can be a much better performer! I found the greatest studio to do it at too. I had to call about 20 dance studios before I found one that wasn't super frustrating though. I'm doing pretty well considering the last time I danced I was like 10. I do have alot to get caught up on though
I'm doing ballet technique classes, jazz and lyrical. I'm working hard so MAYBE they can let me do pointe. Probably not going to happen but I can still work hard and try!
Anddd thats about all I've been up to I think!
What has been keeping you guys busy?

Yes!! I can blog from my phone!! I hope you enjoyed my last picture. Its me doing a toe touch wihth my friend behind me at cheer. I barley exist. I thought I'd post a picture from my team in ohio.
I'm going to cry over the fact I will never get to top now.
I'm competing with my open team at university and open Nationals this weekend. I don't do anything in the routine to be honest but I still hope we win.
Seriously though. Even doing a double base or show would make my dreams come true. I hate this more then anything as always.

Sailor Moon Nintendo DS Game?!!
Posted on 07:05 by Unknown
I am learning Italian. Seriously. I've been following the blog Moon Chase, whos mission is to bring Sailor Moon back to north america. They keep me updated on the world happenings of my beloved series. In Italy right now Sailor Moon is being totally revived. They have a kids clothing line with things I absoultely NEED to live, the manga is rereleased. The show is on tv and NOW THEY ARE COMING OUT WITH A SAILOR MOON NINTENDO DS GAME!! NEED. NEEEEEEEEED. I'm so pissed I dropped out of italian class in highschool in the first week becasue I knew I would fail. Seriously, if they had motivated me with Sailor Mooon instead of a retarded ex-boyfriend I WOULD HAVE STAYED.
Dear marketing/company/ceo douche bags with money. Sailor Moon will make millions here if you bring it back. You have a guarenteed otaku fanbase regardless of if younger kids like it or not and THEY WILL!
Your morons. Morons. Call me if you want to make some money becuase I could make the most of that series. I don't care how hard lisencing deals are to get. It is do-able. So either call me, or wait until I have the money and power to do it myself with my music career. You douchebags won't even take advantage of my money. Now that is seriously douchy. P.S I have the rights to playing sailor moon in any live action thing ever. Or english voice acting. That too.

Cougar Boots are LOVE!
Posted on 21:58 by Unknown
I'm sure you all know of my love for matchstick by now. I'm going to spare you a speech on this and tell you to follow them on twitter or something. Because yeah, their great.
Anyways! They teamed up with cougar boots and sent some of us bloggers a super cute winter package!
I received a pair of cute winter boots, badass rain boots, a sweater and hot chocolate with a massive mug! Thank you for helping keep my poor bum much warmer this winter. God knows I sacrifice unpractical fashion for warmth too often. ((Anyone wanna send me a pink Canada Goose jacket so I don't actually freeze this winter?))
The regal rainboots are super chic. Instead of cute but unpractical prints they are a patent black with a cute hoop buckle. I love how this makes them perfect for a casual glam punk look. The boots are a bit heavy so I wouldn't wear them for long periods of casual walking if your not used to heavy boots. They are totally made to withstand some serious weather conditions. They are a pretty fair price point of $85.00 Cdn. Rubber boots became a must have last season for some fashionably practical reason! Be sure to check these out.
I love how they go so well with the glam rocker look I've been doing this week!
RAINBOOTS ARE SO USEFUL!
BTW, totally into the velvet trend.
The other boots I was sent were the ringo star winter boots. I haven't worn them out yet but I tried them on and they are super warm and comfy. Way more practical then uggs in terms of actually doing things in the winter involving snow. Cougar boots are made to do..well...actual things! So I'm quite happy with that. Its nice to see a company making useful fashion. I can't wait to wear these in the winter and play with my dog neko in the snow. This pair is priced at around $200 Cdn.
I wasn't sent these but I thought I'd mention the moola boots as I'm super in love. Maybe because they are velvet.. but mostly because i would like a winter boot with a heel that would look good with tights. Retailing for $125 Cdn, I wish these would fly into my closet. I wanted to say I can't wait for the day I'm an older lady with money. Then I realized I choose the life of a musican and will be forever homeless and broke. Screw you dreams, screw you.
Don't you just love the cougar logo? I think it makes their boxes SUPER cute. I love how they put it on the hoodie!
Thank you sooo much Matchstick and Cougar!!

A Little Bit Of Everything
Posted on 11:41 by Unknown
I've been BUSY. Super super busy!! I apologize my lovely blog readers. I should be able to update at work once and awhile now. Oh my god. Somebodyy blocked the internet. I'm raggingg. Netbook here I come? I can't handle working in a mall. I'm spending way more then I make.
This past weekend I competed at fall classic with my two cheer teams. I still feel like crap because I'm not doing anything on either teams really but I'm trying... For now I'm trying to focus what I really want in life. Music! REMEBER THAT KEELY? Cheerleading almost made me forget about that. I'm working on an album with these producers. I feel like I really might be able to get out what I want to write with them because I get to do mostly all of the melodies and lyrics. They really help when I need it though. Its weird I feel like I'm on my own but in a really good way. As for my job, I'm super bummed my Halloween job is over. I loved them like family. I can't get over the fun we had. I'm going to do a blog post with some of the best moments with pictures and videos soon. I'm working with some of the same people at a calendar and games store. The bad part is our shifts are pretty much alone. Yes, they trust me to be alone and do all the work. I'm like a manager. Me! Crazy. Wish I got paid like one though.
Enough about my stupid life stuff, I thought I'd quickly tell you about my new favourite beauty buys!
I'm super into hard candy makeup right now. The packaging and price are just so appealing. I'm in loveee with the plumping glosses. Girl next door is the perfect lipgloss in my opinion. Its a pretty sheer white tinted pink color that would look flattering on anybody. It comes off more as a clear gloss but without the like bad transparentness of one. It doesn't look cheep or frosty, hard candy perfected it! Another reason this gloss is perfect is the price. I feel like I can't pay $20 on lipgloss because I know its going to just fall out of my pockets at some point. Its a great moisturizing fairly long wearing gloss that looks cute and is fun to apply!
I'm also liking the hard candy lip tattoo in champagne. its a lip stain with a minty gloss on the other side. Champagne is a nude sparkly colour. I'm super surprised its a lipstain. This one manages to stain a long lasting nude glimmer. Your lips look nude but beautifully shiny. It looks a lot better on lips that have been moisturized first though. This stain is perfectttt for a dramatic smoky eye.
and becuase I've yet to make a super big ass out of myself in this post here is the most epic mustache trimming photo you will ever see.
I was a harry potter chick who faught voldemort for halloween. This was one of ten costumes I bought aha.
Again, me trying to work is pointless.
My grandpa came back from greece and his sister gave my grandma a cute purse and scarf which she hated. I scoredd! I also bought some sick bracelets and a Disney princess camera case. I wish I could make use of a purse that can't contain a weeks worth of crap in it.
Lastly, watch this video. It is brilliant.

The Guide of Where to Buy Cheerleading, Gymnastics and Dance Shorts!
Posted on 15:06 by Unknown
You know what is stupidly hard to find? Active wear shorts. Not even cute ones, just shorts in general seem to have disappeared in the wake of the lululemon/tna pants era. I love my stretchy black pants but I can't do cheerleading, gymnstics, dance or a lot of intense workouts in them. I thought since mall searching wasn't working for me, I would find tons and tons online to choose from. I thought wrong. To try and save the world time, I've compiled a list of places, online and off that might help your search! Please Feel free to tell me where you get your shorts in the comments so I can build this list up!
Triple Flip
Triple Flip is a small start up chain slowly growing in Canada. I came across their store in Oakville and I was super impressed. It's like this place understands the need for actual shorts! They sell a few body suits as well but they mainly focus on general active wear. In a move I find rather confusing, the line is marketed towards younger girls but the sizes go all the way up to about a M-L adult. The pictures on the website may through you off but they do fit accurate to size. I'm wearing a 5 and it fits great. I would suggest ordering from them for sure. I'm wearing the super shorts I bought from them today (which inspired this post!) and I'm super happy with my purchase. They are made with the same lulu lemon material, the perfect short length for cheer shorts and priced extremly well. These shorts will last working out two times a week for a few years. The only problem I have with this company besides the marketing focus towards younger girls is some of the fabric prints are a bit tacky but its nice to see them add some different styles in the mix. I want to pick up a pair of pink plaid shorts for sure, workout clothes should be fun. Bonus points for selling sparkly spankies. Also, encourage them to make some cute bra tops! P.S. stretch wear is 15% off right now.
Jagwear
Jagwear is a website that offers tons and tons of great shorts. They have a bunch of sparkly ones as well as plain colors with rhinestones. I totally plan on making an order here for sure once I have some money! I'm super surprised I haven't heard of them until now. Bonus, they have a Halloween sale on right for 30% off some stuff.
They also get a shout out for making a superhero bodysuit. Just another reason I want to do actual gymnastics.
Gk Elite
Gk Elite is a great website for cheer and gymnastics related workout gear. They set trends in the cheer world and follow them. They also have a wide selection of bra tops and shorts. They also have cool features like a cheer line by Shawn Johnson. I could honestly buy over $1000 worth of things on this site! I'm going to crack soon and probly do that. If only I wasn't paying more then I make on cheer... The websites really large so make sure to look around in every section before ordering. The one thing that stopped me from ordering on this site before was how exensive shipping was to Canada. I think it was 14-20 something for a pair of shorts? If your only ordering one thing that really sucks. If you can find some friends to order with though this site could totally be worth it.
allaboutdance.com
All About Dance has a small but affordable selection of shorts on their site. The website also promises cheap and quick shipping to Canada so that's a bonus! The site looks like a good place to get some great basics for a low price.
Pink by Victoria's Secret
In the summer I could not find shorts. I got desperate and bought the cute capri pants from pink and cut them! Yes, it was expensive for shorts but they are super cute and I cut them to the length I wanted. I didn't hem them as I've been to lazy but they've been fine. I hate that I had to resort to this but I do love pinks designs. MAKE MORE SHORTS PINK!
Titika ActiveWear
This is a local line that is super cute! They don't have many shorts but they do offer a few cute ones. The line offers great things like pockets for credit cards and ipods and the cutest bra tops!
And of course...
Tna
The last few times I've checked out TNA I haven't seen any shorts. Whenever they do get some in though they are sure to be on the pricer side. Its still a good place to check as it can be fairly easy to track down in a mall in Canada. Minus more points for not having a webshop though
Lulu Lemon
This is the most obvious choice. They will be over priced and don't usually have the best fits for cheer but they are wildly available.

my whole summer
Posted on 11:00 by Unknown
I SUCK.
SO BAD!
I'M SO SORRY!
Yes, I've been having a midlife crisis. I do however have a job! I'M BEING PRODUCTIVE! It's seasonal though. I love it. When Halloweens over I will cry. I've also been working on new music yay!! I'm on two cheerleading teams! I'm miserable on them of course! (As I will never top :( I worked all summer on a back handspring then I severely messed up my arm! YAYYY! I'm now nowhere near my handspring because my arms are so weak from it! Nooo!!
ANYWAYS! As for some stuff I did this summer...
I went to the Down With Webster End of Summer Party! My friends were there! I was happy!
I missed the last day of driving school for it though, I will probably never finish it now.
This is the most epic red carpet picture ever.
On the way there, a mother on the shuttle bus to the party kept telling me and my friend about her medical weed card. She wouldn't shut up. She was insane. So I did what any normal person would in that situation, moved up a few seats and did gymnastics on a moving bus!
I went to summer rush with my friend Chris from grade 6-8! SOMEBODY WHO KNOWS ME! THE ME BEFORE ALL THIS DRAMA! Had a ton of fun hanging with him. I ALSO MADE BURLINGTON FRIENDS! WHO WERE AT THE DOWN WITH WEBSTER PARTY! I love them but then left for school being the productive people they are. Summer rush was the only day I made it to Wonderland. I went on a total of one ride. Super disappointed by this. B.O.B is awesome live though.
I did however high five a dinosaur while there, so that ALMOST makes up for it.
One of the only people I can stand in the world, Sarah had a going away party. She is in England for school. I am pissed and miss her. I took out my anger by drinking more then I had ever drank. Nothing comes remotly close to how much I drank that night. My friend who picked me up said I talked about Hello Project for 15 minuets without taking a breath. Yep, when I'm drunk I rant about Japanese pop stars.
The kid beside me was obsessed with Justin Beiber. It was awesome. I kept telling him to stay in school.
AND I SNUCK INTO A CLUB! UNDERAGE! BECUASE IT WAS KPOP NIGHT AND LIKE I'D MISS THAT?
So what did you do this summer?!
SO BAD!

Girls Night In is an easy and fun fundraising program that turns a get together with the girls into a powerful fundraiser to support women’s cancer research and raise awareness for the Canadian Cancer Society. Create a theme and have an all-out bash, or make it low-key, whichever you prefer! Get your friends to donate what they would spend on a night out, and help raise money for an important cause.

Got 2B Smoother Operator Smoothing Lustre Lotion Review
Posted on 14:24 by Unknown
Having a blog can be a lot of work but most of the time it pays off! Besides things like the lovely comments, one of the biggest perks is getting free stuff! Usually I get an email or some notification about a product. However, a few days ago I was pleasantly surprised. I opened an unlabeled box that contained two Got 2 Be Luster Lotion bottles. I was quite happy as I've contemplated buying this more then a few times but god knows I have enough hair products and I haven't had the best experiences with drugstore brands. THE PACKAGING IS ENOUGH TO BUY THIS FOR. I searched the box for some sort of letter or sign of who sent me it. Oddly, it only included coupons. So whoever you are, wherever you are. Thank you for the hair products!
Now I'll be honest, I tried a few Got 2b products years ago and wasn't thrilled. I wasn't expecting much from this. I'm totally surprised though! This is like a drugstore dupe for the great leave in conditioner called ice cream by AG at half the price. A leave in like this is a must have for dry, damaged hair. The sent might not be as nice as Ice creams but I'm quite sure it is just as effective. Of course with leave in conditioner you have to be careful not to use to much. You can always add a bit more in after you finish styling. My hair is happy and bouncy right now without being overly huge like it can get so everything is good! This is a great affordable leave in for extension users as well. I'm totally over heavy hair serums. Give this stuff a try!
Now rant about how cute the packaging is in the comments. I could go on forever about how the charms on it make me feel like a kid again.

Faze Magazine's ConGRADulations Event
Posted on 23:08 by Unknown
Oh how I love getting dressed up!
I'm sorry about my lack of blogging. My life has been crazy lately and even when I am free my mind isn't. I'm typing this blog from my blackberry on the go train. I'm going to see the wonder girls tonight. The go train can be so peaceful. *note: I showed up so late for the concert I only got to see them do four songs. So pissed!*
One of the most interesting things I've done lately was host the faze magazine conGRADulations event. If you remember my other post, faze is a local teen girl magazine that also throws amazing events. Its not very often teenage girls get to dress up, get out and not worry about boys. If that wasn't enough of an excuse to go there is also the free manicures and makeovers, prizes like bottles of Vera Wang princess and Marc Jacobs daisy and of course performances by some awesome artists. (Marie, Angela and Moi)
Two days before the event me and Imke were asked to be the hosts of this exciting night. I was thrilled to say yes even though I don't think I've ever hosted anything. Does my sweet 16 count? We weren't exactly prepared but when am I not up for making myself look like an idiot in front of big groups? It was however, a little tragic when I was forced to try and come up with games that could be played without the audience members coming on stage. That didn't really happen.
(Imke and myself on stage hosting, my face was so epically stupid here I had to post it) (Interviewing Menew)
The guests who played were Menew ( a super awesome rock band I hadn't heard of but could be the next epic band that tours until their 80) and Danny Fernandas with a special performance by his cousin Tyler. One of the funniest moments of the night was when Imke and me were starting to host charades for prizes (as planned) and this security guard that everyone dubbed snoop dog thanks to his outfit and attitude came out of nowhere and closed the curtains on the people playing. It's so much more interesting when these things happen aha!
Interviewing the artists was great and so was seeing them live. The club was a cute intimate setting and its nice to see local talent. Hosting was a bizarre experience, I loved it and had so much fun with it though! AND OH MY GOD, I GOT THE MOST AMAZING THANK YOU GOODIE BAG! It's getting its own post it's so great.

Latest buys and a cute dog pic
Posted on 11:06 by Unknown
I love watching TV shows all at once, I just started True Blood and its seriously messing with my sleeping.
Yesterday I got my hair done at Trends hair in Mississauga. Seriously, I will not trust anyone else with my hair. I love them to death. I'll post pics asap!
For now I thought I'd show you some of my latest awesome purchases! Sadly, I don't think I'll ever have money again.
So this has to be my weirdest purchase ever. What do you do on sundays when you need to shop at 8 PM? GO TO WALMART! Of course their clothing selection isn't exactly ideal but get creative and you can score. I somehow decided to look in the kids section for clothes and I found primp capri pants for 12 bucks! Who knew they were doing something for Walmart?! Not only that but I love how they fit! They could have a bit more booty room but at least there not wayyy overly baggy capris like most. I love them. I think I'm just going to start shopping at kids stores, its cheaper and the stuff can be way cuter. I went into Abercrombie kids and it felt like I had walked into Liz Lisa with some of the stuff in there. Totally weird.
I also picked up these boots at forever 21 and two headbands because accessories can make you love your current clothes so much more.
I also found this Pixie eyeshadow pallete at Winners. I picked it up becuase I've always wanted to try out something from that brand. I really like it! I wish they had somewhere in Canada that was actually carrying the line.
And I just had to include this picture of a dog sleeping at the petstore! HOW IS THIS COMFORTABLE?!
