I have officially found the coolest nail art thing in the world! All the nail art junkies have been raving about this thing. You have to watch the video to see how it works
The coolest thing is the plates are around $6 dollars each and so is the stamping thing. All you need is one of each to really start using it and if you want their special nail polish. Marie and myself intend on reviewing it when we order it ourselves! I found it on this nail art website.

Okay so march break nearly killed me. I don't think I have ever done so much in a week. Instead of posting about it all I'm just going to do an overview!! (Not that I can even remeber what happened by now)
Friday- hung with a friend, played guitar! (I think?)
Saturday-
Sunday- Longest ass photo shoot ever. Serious Drama, models and photographers got into huge fight. Got made fun of for being white LOL. Made a friend and ended up at a video shoot for some rapper. Had to go home as my grandparents were going to call the police becuse they were convinced I was doing porn or getting raped.

Tuesday- Mtv shoot, I'm going to be in one of those weird crazy comerical things they have in between shows. My friend Danielle was their.
Wednesday- Went home, rented an amp and mic with plans to make music studio.
Thursday- Still home, gave up on my plans of trying to figure out how to produce for the seventh time now.
Friday- Photoshoot with DOGS! Paris Hilton style ahah. I looked terrible and couldn't care less at that point.
Saturday- Photoshoot I didn't want to do but did because photographer drove me crazy. Drove me crazier at shoot. Never again. I'm totally being way more selective with who I shoot and what I do with my time after this week.
Sunday- Photoshoot with terrible fake eyelashes. Took forever to get into hair and makeup because of other models. Got home at nine and died of exhaustion and hunger.

I'm sure I'm not the only young person in the world who's sick of hearing about the recession. Yes, huge company's are disappearing and unemployment rates are at all an all time high but hearing about it over and over again isn't helping. I don't want to go home from school today and hear my grandparents give me another lecture about how nobody has money! Clearly though, I'm not the only person who feels this way. Virgin Mobile has had the amazing idea to start a website aimed at the frustrated youth and given us a place to connect, appropriately titled Screw You Recession!
This helpful and fun website offers tips on how to manage your budget and have fun. Let's face it we've grown up with the luxury of entertainment and technology and although we have to cut back, were not willing to give up all the fun because the economy's taken a turn for the worst.
Even I admit I'm feeling the crunch of the recession. I bought a pair of shoes for a photo shoot and returned them because I really don't need heels at the moment and I've also tried selling some of my unwanted clothing on craigslist.
Here are some of the other Tips I came up with to hopefully help you guys save some money.
- Don't spend your money on great length extensions (cost upwards of $2000). Great weaves can be done to your hair and they can look amazing for just under $100! Or go natural!
-The sale department at Urban Outfitters really is better then I imagined. My best friend Kerry got a pair of coloured skinny jeans for under $10.00 last week! I'm wearing a cute long sleeve shirt that I also bought for $10.00 that's more comfortable then you can imagine.
-Shop outside of the box, I rarely shop at stores lately and instead opt for affordable stores in Kensington Market and China Town. It's all unique and affordable!
-Try to avoid online shopping if you can, shipping prices can REALLY add up.
-Don't waste your money on the very popluar and overpriced feather headbands trend and instead be crafty. All you need is a headband, shoulder pad (cut to the shape you want) and glue on feathers. Voila, you have a $30.00 hair piece.
-Most headband trends can very easily be done yourself. Even I've made a Gossip Girl style headband and people ask me where I got it all the time!
-Try to shop for wardrobe staples instead of trends in cheaper stores. I find one of the biggest mistakes I make in stores that are less expensive is I buy pieces that are trying to be really fashionable but are so poorly made and un-tailored so in the end I never wear them. Things like sweaters and basic tee are a lot better to shop for.
- Recycle. Did you know when you bring 6 containers back to mac you get a free lipstick or eyeshadow of your choice? Your helping the enviorment and your wallet!

Sorry I stopped posting! I went through Chaos! That day I was typing on the train I was on my way to a photo shoot for some sketchy online magazine. It was a crazy day. So, so much drama. The people running it were extremely rude to the photographers, other model and myself. It ended with a huge fight between everybody. I swear it was better then America's Next Top Model. While everyone was fighting i was sitting in the corner of the room eating skittles watching in awe.
The other model was supposed to be my total opposite in the shot, funny thing was me and her were like twins. She ended up dragging me to a music video shoot for some rapper after. It was really freaking funny. How I ended up their I'll never know. At around ten something I had to leave as I told my grandparents where I was and they were convinced I was getting raped! Fun!

This might take me all day to type. I tried typing it before then right before I sent it, it clicked back and I'm doing this on my blackberry so this is hard!
Friday I was going to go to my parents home in burlington, where I have not been in over a month as I got fed up with their inhuman, worst parents ever that don't gfive a crap about me act. Instead last minuet I opted out for spending the night at square one with dave a marie. We saw oraline which I wasn't really into. I'm probly the only person in the world who isn't really a tim burton fan. Marie ended up sleeping over and we were up until three dying and toning my hair. It did not turn out to well and I fried it to HELl again. Just when my hair started being human again. I'm so upset I could cry.
When we woke up on saturday I realised I was the worlds biggest idiot and the photoshoot I was supposed to do was on saturday not sunday! The photographer was the biggest sweetheart and I felt so terrible about it. Luckily I wasn't the only one who didn't show up. The wardrobe stylist didn't either, poor girl! I went downtown and sold my shirt to some girl and ended up spending ten times more then I made.

It's honestly really random. I don't know how they manage to make her look so much larger then she is. Why does her hair look so bad in it too! Don't get me wrong, I'm totally on team Britney but I seem to be better at hair and makeup then her pro's.

I am shocked. I've been trying to get vocal lessons as their clearly necessary for any wannabe profesional artist. I randomly called up a place this week who told me to come in yesterday for a consultation. I asked how much they charged for lessons but the girl refused to tell me insisting I had to come in to find out. Alright! So I go and they make me sing a song, then tell me I have to pay $100 for the consultation. Uh, are you kidding me? You failed to mention that on the phone! I had to spend ALL of my birthday money on a stupid consultation for lessons I can't even afford. I get the guy has worked with Shania Twain and Shawn Desmen but COME ON. There not that great! On top of that, who can afford half an hour lessons for $150. I mean sure, the guys probly a great vocal teacher but what can he teach you in half an hour each week for that much money thats so worth it?
I'm just so sick of these industry people who charge so much to "start careers" that are never going to get started. Sure this guy owns his own label and all but who doesn't? If his label was that great he wouldn't be doing vocal lessons. Anyways, I feel like crap after that and needed to rant.

And to all aspiring artists like myself out their, remeber the "best" sucks. If you want to find your way into the music industry try newer ways.

I'm the biggest no doubt fan ever, I've got tickets for their concert coming up and I'm so exctied words can not explain. Growing up I used to tell people Gwen Stefani was my mother becuase No Doubt musically raised me. I've been obessed with the Seven Days of No Doubt videos. It was like opening the best advent calander ever, but even better becuase I'm alergic to chocolate! If your a fan deffinatly check the videos out. There really cool insight to how they wrote each song.

Jesus high school students are crazy, I sat down on my computer and tried to log on to my blog and this idiot sitting across from me goes "ARE YOU STARING AT ME?". I'm like "are you talking to me?!" and hes like "WHY ARE YOU STARING AT ME?". I told him I clearly wasn't staring at him as I obviously had to look up to see he was talking to me.
Idiot. Lmao, I love it.
This is what I look like on a normal terrible day (thank you blackberry convince!) As you can see, I still see Laurel! We've been hanging out at lunch lately and I love spending time with her. It makes my day easier and alot happier. Hanging out with people you care about makes it alot easier to get out of bed. Were totally planning to go to the Family Force 5 concert may 5, I'm so excited! This time I wont be their alone for half the show. I still get butterflies thinking of how freaking amazing they were live. (Sorry if my typing is terrible all the guys across from me are running around, beating the crap out of each other and tearing out each others computer cords) Funny. I had typed, I don't know how long I will have internet as they actsidentally pulled my cord out! (I'm redoing half of this blog again sadly). Also I really might get a real job, scary thought, no?

Oh my, I’m so sorry I haven’t blogged. I’ve been trying to catch up on the near two weeks of school I missed. Besides the drama of school and cheerleading, which I was told I wont have a big part in the routine because I was sick for a week. (Most people have missed months, literly of it practice). But I don’t even want to talk about that.
Last weekend was very epic, Friday I saw the movie Fired Up with Dave (Torture as it was a cheerleading movie but it needed to be done.) Saturday I went and hung out with Dave. At about six Kerry called me crying because her date had ditched her. They were going to a karaoke place and she already had the room rented out so she wanted me and Dave to come hang out with her their. I looked like HELL, totally like hell! My hair was just terrible and piled in like 20 directions on my head and my makeup was all off and just, I looked like a hot mess. When we got there I found Kerry really upset and hugged her telling her how much boys suck. Then she took us to the room she booked out and when I opened it Jeremy, Termaine and Marie were there! They actually had a mini surprise party for me. Honestly, it was totally one of the best days of my life. I’ve never had anyone surpise me like that so thank you Kerry and Dave. Dave also got me No Doubt tickets which I didn’t even realize went on pre-sale! There seventeenth row which is pretty amazing. I’m going to die seeing them live (Favorite band EVER) I’ll post pictures when I get them.
My actual birthday was pretty shitty. My parents ignored me like always, I missed a major English test I can’t make up (totally going to fail that class) and found out my cheer dreams are crushed for good. I tried to make things better by going out to dinner with Dave, Kerry and Marie. I invited Jess to try and make things better with her as she was a really important friend but things didn’t go so well. Everyone got pissed she made us wait for an hour in the mall for her, then when we saw her she ignored us for some girls who don’t like me for five minuets like we weren’t all there. To top things off she invited Neil to come, who Dave HATES. There was MAJOR tension when we ran into him and then when she invited him everything went sooo bad. Neil got the idea and left, which I felt terrible about but crapppp. Disastrous night.
To make things better I told my parents I was having around 10 friends over at my house on Friday. They said okay. Then my Mom calls me yesterday to tell me I’m not allowed to have anyone over. We got into a big pointless fight again, all over the fact my stupid parents do everything in their power to make my life hell. Honestly, I’m so sick of them. I don’t deserve the way they treat me. Add that to the fact I have an offer to go to San Franciso and LA to get developed as an Artist but they won’t take me even if I pay and I really feel like giving up. My mom wrote an email to her friends recently that I saw that said "Keely thinks shes going to go to LA to be famous, why is she so stupid" Honestly, screw you. How many people have daughters that have that offer?
I just don’t get how people can be so cold hearted.
Anyways, I’m off to a probably disastrous weekend. Hope you guys have a good one. I’ll post some happier things later.
