I'm back to trying to sell on etsy! Why? Because I'm insanely in debt and actually kind of like sewing at the moment! I'd probably actually make money just by selling my grandma's vintage stuff but I'm sourcing my own vintage things and attempting to make cute stuff anyways.

I wanted to show you guys some of my favourite stuff I've made recently that I'm trying to sell!!

Alpaca's + Crafting = So Much Want.

Just when I thought Etsy couldn't blow my mind any futher, I came across the best thing ever.

Seller Wellcriated is one of the coolest sellers on etsy by far. It is an alpaca shop. That sells crafts and awesome things made out of alpaca hair. I can't explain how amazing thsi stuff is, just check out the shop!!

I want the alpaca one. My friend thought the craft was a real alpaca then saw the other picture and flipped out. Soo great.

6% Doki Doki Now Available Internationally! Now You Can Be A Cute Decora 80's Lolita Unicorn Princess Too!

I'm super excited that another well known Japanese cult brand is finally avalible to overseas buyers online! 6% Doki Doki has been a staple in the closets of cute-loving, Harajuku girls since 1995.

The Japanese meaning for doki doki is a commonly used onomatopoeia for heart beat. Like the excited feeling you get from being in love, which I feel when browsing through their products.

You can now purchase 6% Doki Doki on Maurione, which is becoming quite the place for popular Japanese alternative brands. The selection on Maurione is a bit small for now but I'm still really excited for what they will have to offer.

One of the things that makes this brand stand out, is in its effort to communicate with overseas fans. They did a worldwide tour two years ago, visiting places like LA, Paris, San Fransisco and Vancouver. They are going on another tour this month with the brands participation in the Mighty Harajuku project, raising money for Japan's Tsunami Victims. Here are the remaining dates.

I've been a longtime fan of this brand, known for their decora, spank, fairy-kei and lolita esq accessories. Here's my favorite picks from Maurione's current stock.

I love accessories that use actual Japanese on them. I wish more places used Kana in their designs!

These "arigatou" earrings are beyond awesome. I think I have to buy them as an excuse to study Japanese through my accessories... Seriously though, I need every constant reminder I can get. I'll never actually memorize all of hiragana let alone katakana.. I have the memory of a mouse.

I love this "doki doki" ring as well! It's so kickass, anime and cute! I feel like if I wore this I would partake in fist pumping. But it would be more of the anime character victory type of fist pumping.

Their shop also has to be mentioned here because it is so fantastic. I would gladly buy this place and live in it. They really should start an interior design service. Does a crazy interior design place exist in Japan? All these amazing Japanese stores have to be getting their stuff from somewhere right?!

I'm so filling my future pink mansion with Merry Go Round houses in the windows.

The shop staff also need to be mentioned here as they play a huge part of the brand. They have a super cute blog updated with their awesome personal styles. The girls are pretty iconic and recognized. There frequently on tv and in the news all around the world. Open a harajuku street style gallery and you'll probably find them.

WAH Nails, the coolest nail art salon and endless source of nail inspiration!

WAH Nails is officially the coolest nail salon outside of Japan. This super chic UK nail salon takes everything that could possibly be instyle (or out) and put its on your fingertips. Basically they can do whatever you want! I love their attitude. I would just live there if it was close!

Follow their tumblr for an everlasting source of nailart inspo! They also have tutorials up. I need someone to come over and help me do my nails!

DIY Inspiration of the Day - Pastel Dye Ideas

I'm super into DIY right now. Besides the fact I've been working on stuff to try and sell on etsy, the whole DIY community online is crazy awesome. That and for the last few months every time I go into a store I feel like I could easily make half of everything in it. Lazy sewing is in with retail, I'm happy about this.

I've decided to start doing inspiration posts to hopefully help inspire you to get your craft on!

The best part about DIY is realizing how much you can do even if you have no crafting abilities. Get creative with pastel dyes or fabric paints and channel Tsumori Chisasto!

Tip: Look up different tye dye tips. Section off fabric with rubber bands, dip and let dry!

They retail for about $2-4.00 according to the website for 7-15. This is a super affordable way to get a lot of color options. Has anyone seen these in stores? I'm so going to get my hands on these!

Best Laptops for bloggers and colage students? Not Dell laptops..

So.. my laptop broke! Now I am even more behind in live and even more in debit.
I apologize as my blogging is probably going to a bit crappy for the next little while. Speaking of which, their is honestly no laptop reviews marketed towards teens and college students. I hate shopping for a laptop and I defiantly don't want to be stuck with anything as horribly as my dell inspiron was. The day I received it, keys started falling out. Within two months the battery completly died and I had to always have it plugged in. Then the cord broke after a year and I had to get a new cord. Hardly two years in, I'm not finished paying for it and it decided it just didn't want to work anymore. The computer repair guy was shocked at how badly made my laptop was. Not to mention I did pay over $1000.00 for it. I'm so upset!! Dell was terrible and told me they couldn't help me. They offered to replace the battery possibly but I'd have to sent it in for two to three months for them to see if it was actually a problem. Urghh!!! So not pleased. I'm currently on a hp laptop and I'm not sure how this is going to turn out. Its defiantly a change. I'm not a fan of the hard to click mouse area. I'll let you know how this goes.. but anyways. Students looking for laptops for university, do not go with a dell. You will be left screwed with a crap computer. Dell I wanted to love you so much!

The New Hot Workout, Jukari Fit to Fly now in Toronto!!

(Many of these positions look like some of the things we do in ballet technique class aha! This should be an awesome workout for dancers)

Fitness trends are honestly so much fun. I love when they pop up and everybody goes crazy over something.

Pole fitness is such an intense fun workout, I haven't tried Zumba but my friends are going crazy over it. Toronto seems to be super excited about the latest fittness trend, Jukari Fit to Fly by Reebok and Cirque de Soliel. The workout involves use of an adjustable trapeze like bar. You jump around and basically get a bit of a swinging feel as if you were on a trapeze. I love how they took the fear of heights and actually flying out aha! I'm dying to do actual trapeze lessons but finding somebody to do it with me has just been such a pain! Check out this video of the workout to get a better idea of the cool moves you do in class with the equipment!

This workout is my last hope to try and build some arm muscles. It would be SO nice to not worry about my elbows snapping off and gaining some strength to try tumbling again someday.

I'm hoping whoever I drag to these classes with me will want to eventually try the real thing too!

Barbie Suite at The Palms, Perfect Place for a Gal Themed Party

I can't believe I never heard about this! The Palms hotel in Las Vegas has a Barbie themed room that I HAVE to go and party in someday. Only in Vegas would a room have a capacity of 50 people. If you have $4000 a night then you totally need to do this up for all of us who can't!

This place would be the perfect host to a massive gal sleepover event. I can just picture the curling irons, M*ars clothes and pink Martinis. I seriously need to get famous yesterday so I can throw awesome events like this!

I danced at a gala!

So I really have no clue what's going on with dance. I don't know when anything is or when events are coming up or even what to do with my makeup. To be honest, I barley know the dances. Two weeks ago we had a Dance like a Star benefit to raise money for a charity my studio owner started? Or something? I wasn't expecting a huge fancy thing but well it like was! I was super surprised and impressed. It was actually a lot of fun. I however have a competition this Sunday that I am not ready for. Besides sucking at the dances I have no way to get there. No one apparently knowns when I'm competing either! This disorganization is killing me but I do love my studio besides that so much.

P.S this is my jazz costume. Were dancing to the song Ghost by Fefe Dobson.

My pointe costume is beautifulll I wish it was a compeititve class. I however am the only one in the class who hasn't ordered it yet though becuase I joined it so late... Kinda getting worried here...
